My Precision Coaching and Mentoring Programs are targeted at the effective implementation of successful lifestyle strategies, help, personal development abilities, self confidence and self-coaching techniques to help create permanent change in your life.
This will be delivered utilising a synergised approach to personal transformation guaranteed to unleash your true potential. I use a variety of accelerated change techniques, energetic processes, motivational strategies and personal coaching and mentoring systems to empower you on your personal journey.
I will be focusing on anything from emotional issues, limiting beliefs and ineffective values systems to self and harmonious relationships.

My Delivery:
The Lindsay O 4 Step Transformational Process can deliver complete lifestyle solutions and I am committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve your desired outcomes.
Your first session is a Propulsion Intensive Session where we lay down your road map, identify your personal success strategy and ultimately propel you towards your unlimited potential. From there you will move on to one of my 12 month Precision Coaching and Mentoring Programs.
Unless otherwise stated, all coaching sessions are conducted via the telephone in which you can then call me at your scheduled time. Your call quota can be used however you desire i.e. 15 minute, 30 minute or 1 hour sessions, as we prefer to not keep you on the phone any longer than necessary for achieving the outcomes you desire. You are also able to call your Precision Coach/Mentor outside of your scheduled session times when required.
All hypnotherapy sessions are conducted in person at a time and place as agreed upon.
Your Precision Coaching and Mentoring Program will commence once our agreement has been completed and emailed back to our head office. Your program will be delivered by Lindsay Ostrofski over a twelve month period.
Hours of Operation:
We offer 24 hour email support throughout your Precision Coaching and Mentoring Program and for a further three months upon completion of your membership.
Your sessions are conducted between 9am and 7pm on either Tuesday or Wednesday. Calls outside of these times are accepted if prearranged with your Precision Coach/Mentor.

I guarantee your Precision Coaching and Mentoring Program will create positive change within your personal and professional life over a 12 month period pending the following four agreements:
- You agree to implement and use the tools and techniques recommended.
- You follow through and complete all of the action steps assigned.

During your Precision Coaching and Mentoring Program you will receive email access to Lindsay Ostrofski. Any emails sent will be responded to within a maximum of 72 hours unless I am not in a service area.
If you are not satisfied with the results being delivered from your Precision Coaching and Mentoring Program you may choose to cancel this agreement at any stage by giving notification in writing via email.
If positive change is not achieved in at least one major area of your life within 12 months after all four agreements listed above have been followed please notify us in writing and we will happily refund the amount of your membership.
